⚠️ Emergency Alert 01-25-2026: A water main break has been reported on 5th Street between Nebraska and Minnesota Avenues. The gate valve servicing that area has been shut off and properties in that vicinity do not have water. A contractor will be on site tomorrow to address the situation.

The City of Riverdale operates under the council form of city government which consists of a mayor and four council members.

Meetings are held the second Monday of the month in the city meeting room beginning at 6:00 PM.
