Utility billing update

Utility billing statements have been sent out; however, an issue has been brought to our attention regarding the way the amounts are displayed on the statements.

The billing system is displaying both the previous month’s payment and the upcoming month’s payment as one combined total. However, the "Balance" shown in the upper-right corner of the bill reflects the actual amount currently due.

For customers enrolled in **Automatic Billing**, please be assured that only the amount due for the month of September will be withdrawn from your account.

For customers paying by **check or credit card**, please pay only the amount listed as the “Balance” in the upper-right corner of your bill.
